After reassembly all pumps and motor are vigorously checked on our test bench to ensure full working order as per manufacturer/user specifications before dispatch.

Using a wide range of custom-made coupling adapters, we are able to test nearly all hydraulic pumps and motors currently on the market on our test stand.

What else is special about our test bench...?
One thing that’s certainly special is the torque testing. We give virtual load to hydraulic motor by which we get Torque with RPM and flow at that time. Without giving load on hydraulic motor no one can be sure about its working efficiency. We do same which is very much important to determine working performance.

All testing data are recorded under logger through advance software which are latter on used for further analysis and determine performance of hydraulic pumps and motors. Graphical performance report are generated with our designed in house software which gives clear idea about actual performance.
